Colour your design in the eight vibrant colours. Puffy Popcorn Pens go on like a paint! Once dry, simply apply heat (from a hairdryer) which will make the artwork puff up, crackle and pop. Requires adult supervision.

Note artwork must be dry to activate puffy effect - allow 8 hours.
