Yes, we Gift Wrap.

If you are ordering a present to be sent directly to the recipient, add A Gift Wrapped  to your order.  For a small fee of $3 per item we will wrap your order.

We do not gift wrap large items such as Wobbel boards/Walkers. Noted in the product description.

If gift wrapping has been requested we will automatically not included a printed tax invoice with your order.


    Within Australia via Australia Post

    We dispatch orders as quickly as we can, usually same day or next day.   Lucas loves cars has no control or responsibility for the time of delivery once it has left our warehouse.

    Free standard shipping and handling for orders $200 AUD and over.
    Flat rate $12.99  standard shipping and handling for orders under $200 AUD.

    Within Australia via Express Post

    Express Post starting from up to 1 kg   -   $15.99

    Order before 10 am to allow us to get your parcel in the mail same day.  Else it will be sent out next day.

    Order Tracking

    Where available, you will receive an email with the consignment number for tracking purposes when you order is sent.

    Delivery Issues. 

    Once the parcel has left us you can track it with the Tracking info we provide.  If you have not received your order within the time estimate from AusPost please notify us via email.  We do not track deliveries.

    Any issues with the contents of an order must be reported to us via email within 5 business days of delivery date.



    Bulky items are noted in the product description and do not qualify for free shipping. 

    Shipping rate will be based on the weight of the order.


    If a parcel is correctly address and is returned, or the courier has contacted you and you have not arranged redelivery, resulting in the package being Returned to Sender (usually after 7 days)

    We will only resend your parcel a) after it has been returned to us and b) after customer has paid the actual redelivery cost.

    Alternately, we will refund you the purchase price of the order - minus (our actual delivery costs + $5 handling fee).


    Combined orders

    We are happy to combine multiple orders, and combine shipping, with a discretionary $5 processing fee to cover any fees and time spent. 

    This is dependant on us receiving request prior to packaging and delivery.  We do not take any responsibility for emails in spam or not read in time to be actioned.


      To New Zealand

      We are now offering delivery to New Zealand. 

      Flat rate $24.99 standard shipping and handling for orders under 2 kgs.
      Orders 2 - 4 kgs will incur a shipping cost of $35
      Orders 4 - 6 kgs will incur a shipping cost of $55
      Please allow 7 - 10 days for shipping.  

       International Shipping

      At this time, we do not ship orders internationally. 

        Delivery and Delivery Time

        Lucas loves cars aims to dispatch orders on the next business day, often they are sent on the same business day. 

        For faster deliveries Express Post is available for orders delivered within the Australia Post Express Network only.  The shipping may be longer than overnight for remote & some regional areas.

        If you are unsure if you are in an Express Post area. If you have an urgent delivery please telephone our office on 0402211350 as we will always do our best to expedite your order.

        If there are any unforseen delays Lucas loves cars will notify you ASAP and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

        If payment is by Direct Bank Credit (Bank Transfer)  your order will be shipped when the funds enter our account.
