Simply let us know. When you order online leave us a note in the order comments and we will refund the shipping when you collect your order.
Yes, we Gift Wrap.
If you are ordering a present, to be sent directly to the recipient, add A Gift Wrapped to your order. For a small fee of $3 per item we will wrap your order.
We do not gift wrap large items such as Wobbel boards/Walkers.
If gift wrapping has been requested we will automatically not included a printed tax invoice with your order.
Within Australia via Courier or Australia Post
99% of our orders are collected by Australia Post the next business day, many go out same day.
Free standard shipping and handling for orders $200 AUD and over.
Flat rate $10 standard shipping and handling for orders under $200 AUD.
Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery after dispatch. (this will be longer during December due to Christmas delays)
Redelivery: If the courier has contacted you and you have not arranged redelivery - resulting in the package being Returned to Sender (after 7 days)
We will only resend your parcel a) after it has been returned to us b) after customer has paid the actual redelivery cost (which is likely to be more than $9) Alternately, we will refund you the purchase price of the order - minus our actual delivery costs.

Flat rate $19 Express Post shipping and handling for all Express Post requested orders.
Australia Post Express Post is usually overnight delivery once dispatched if within the Express Post area. You can check you are within the area simply click here to check. We are in Yarraville Postcode 3013.
To New Zealand
We are now offering delivery to New Zealand.
Flat rate $15 standard shipping and handling for orders under 2 kgs.
Orders over 2 kgs will incur a shipping cost of $25
Please allow 7 - 10 days for shipping.

Delivery and Delivery Time
Lucas loves cars aims to dispatch orders received before 5:00PM AEST on the next business day. On non-business days, orders are shipped the following business day.
For overnight deliveries Express Post is available for orders delivered within the Australia Post Express Network only. The shipping may be longer than overnight for remote & some regional areas. If you are unsure if you are in an Express Post area, click here to check. If you have an urgent delivery please telephone our office on 0402211350 as we will always do our best to expedite your order.
If there are any unforseen delays Lucas loves cars will notify you ASAP and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
If payment is by Direct Bank Credit (Bank Transfer) your order will be shipped when the funds enter our account.
Where available, you will receive a consignment number for tracking purposes.
