Items on sale will not be accepted for change of mind return.
Please let us know within 14 days from date of purchase. Goods will need to be in the original condition and packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Return postage will be borne by the customer.
Returns will receive store credit for the value of the product returned, as invoiced.
We package your parcels with care, please ensure you do the same with your return as we do not cover items that are damaged or lost via return transit.
Items damaged in transit will not be refunded.
Cancellation of any order, or part order, can only be made prior to your order being shipped.
Cancellation will incur a $5 admin fee.
You can choose to receive
- a store credit for the purchase amount (minus fee)
- or a refund for the purchase amount minus fees incurred from the payment provider (and admin fee).
Refund may take up to 2 business days.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us with your order number, images and information.
We will work to offer you a speedy resolution.
We reserve the right to make any corrections or changes to prices quoted due to errors.
Any order with a Preorder product will be held until the Preorder product has arrived. The complete order will be shipped together once the outstanding product is in stock.
We try hard to give an accurate estimate of the arrival time of deliveries. Changes to the Preorder date can happen, and should be expected. These delays are out of our control and if your item is delayed we will notify you via email.
No refunds or exchange on items that are purchased while on sale.
