I am so excited to once again be in the running for the AusMumpreneur Awards!
This year I am entered into the Customer Service Award.
Which is for excellence in customer service as determined by people’s choice voting.
At Lucas loves cars we are very proud of our customer service. We always aim to put a smile on the faces of all of our customers. The Mums, Dads, Grandmas and Aunties and especially the ones that receive the gifts.
We choose with care and pack with love. We don't make excuses when things go wrong, instead we focus on doing everything we can to make it right.
