RETURNS
Of course, sometimes you change your mind. Please contact us at info@lucaslovescars.com and we will work with you to achieve the desired outcome.
Please let us know within 14 days from date of purchase. Goods will need to be in the original condition and packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Return postage will be borne by the customer.
Returns will receive store credit for the value of the product returned, as invoiced.
We package your parcels with care, please ensure you do the same with your return as we do not cover items that are damaged or lost via return transit.
Items damaged in transit will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of any order, or part order, made prior to your order being shipped:
You can choose to receive
- a store credit for the purchase amount,
- or a refund for the purchase amount minus fees incurred from the payment provider.
