PEGS Fete & Craft Market

On Saturday 20th October, we spent a sunny day at the PEGS Fete and Craft Market.

It was so much fun seeing the little boys' eyes light up when they saw us and meeting some lovely mothers who also have boys who are mad about cars, or tractors, or monster trucks.

There were toys to try (Lucas agreed to me having some of his toys 'for the day only Mummy!') and the kids could pick a magnet that they would like to take home, so even if Mum wasn't interested in buying anything, there were usually happy smiles.

We were in a spot halfway between the rides (non stop Gangnam style) and the stage (on and off band and dance demonstrations).

How good do the products look!

Luckily I had help in the shape of my awesome sister.  Love you Blister.  <3

Guess how many wheels Competition.
At the Fete we had a jar of cars and a free guess the wheels competition.
Lucas and I have just lined them out to count how many were in the jar ... there were 29 cars - 116 wheels (and no, there were no 4x4's with the spare wheel on the back door).
So the winner is - Hak Arduca who guessed 120!
Congratulations, and we will be emailing you the details for your $25 Gift Voucher.
It was a big day, lots of fun, sunshine, chatting and standing around. I have a new appreciation for waitresses and retail staff.  (I used to do that - but my body seems to have forgotten how to deal with all the standing.)
It's time to give Lucas his toys back now.
Vroom, Vroom.
