PLAYDATE FUN WITH........THE LITTLE BLAH
Hello there, This is my series of blog posts about our fabulous suppliers. I don't want to just copy their "About Us" page and call it a blog, I want to really meet them.
So welcome - to another in our series of PLAY DATES!!
I fell in love with The Little Blah via some link or other, I don't remember how I fell onto this brand. I do remember telling my girlfriends about these amazing clocks for kids. Clocks that have an animal with loads of personality, but are a simple design and big numbers so they are easy to read.
When I met Linda not long after that, I found out that The Little Blah is not just a few animals decorating clocks. Linda has way too many little personalities inside her to just restrict herself to a few. Follow The Little Blah on Instagram and you will see cute little creatures....with humour, sass and bold personalities popping up all over the place.
Linda answered some questions about playdates so you could get to know her a little bit better.Describe The Little Blah in 3 words.
Fun / cheeky / playful
Why do you do what you do?
Having my own business mean I have the best of both worlds - I can combine my love of design with being a Mum. I have more time with my son while still being passionate about my career.
What did your kids go nuts for when they were toddlers?
Jamie has the most beautiful wooden fire engine from London that he still gets so much joy from. He loves to role play with wooden fire fighter figurines and the removable ladder!
Describe your perfect play date.
Hanging out with a like minded Mumma and her kids. A delicious chai latte and good conversation.
It’s time to go when?
Perfectly timed so that your child is tuckered out enough to willingly leave! :)
What is your favourite gift idea from Lucas loves cars?
I just adore your huge range of wooden toys, but I just love the Indigo Jamm range and the camper van is just ace!
Play dates should include : Tea, coffee or wine?
Chai followed by wine! Yeeew!

Like many small business owners Linda works from home. On the day that we had agreed to meet it was a Sunny Melbourne Day! It's illegal to waste those days, or at least it should be, so we decided to meet at the park. Coffee at the park without kids...totally normal right?
Well as we found out.....trying to film in the park was not really a great idea. First it was the street sweepers and then some Dad's brought a little person for a play. I mean, cute and 'aawww nice one Dad' but, seriously, we were trying to work here! :-)
We ended up inside our Warehouse. So this is like a video in parts.
For the next 4 days we are offering a crazy discount on the whole The Little Blah range. This never happens so if you have your eye on one of these beautiful gifts then get in now.
